Our Activities
For the past seven decades, Sri Ramakrishna Ashram (Batanagar) has been actively working for the Sri Ramakrishna-Vivekananda movement in the Maheshtala region.
This ashram was founded by the late Sachindra Nath Saha. The foundation stone of the temple, which includes a large Natmandir, was laid by Srimat Swami Ranganathanandaji Maharaj. The installation of the images of Thakur, Maa, and Swamiji in the temple was carried out by Srimat Swami Bhuteshanandaji and Srimat Swami Gahananandaji Maharaj.
